4. Prices and billing

Risk of loss and title
Title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver the products to the carrier. However, this does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, which may provide additional protections regarding lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Lost, stolen, or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at zp2718488239@outlook.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
We will:
Confirm the shipping address and tracking details on file.
Open an investigation with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will, at our discretion, reship the item or issue a full refund.
If the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where possible, but we are not obligated to reship or refund in cases of confirmed delivery to the correct address.
For high-value orders, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes signature confirmation or insurance where available.
Customs, duties, and import fees
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
